- A recent factsheet from the National Women’s Law Center (NWLC) examined recent U.S. Census Bureau Household Pulse Survey data and found that Black, non-Hispanic men were more likely to have claimed the expanded CTC on their 2021 federal tax return and experienced other financial hardships than white, non-Hispanic men and women.
