Top Story: The Massachusetts House proposed a state budget that includes an expansion of the state’s Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) from 23 to 30 percent of the federal credit. (MassLive.com)

  • A new poll released by Arkansas Advocates for Children and Families (AACF) finds that an overwhelming majority of Arkansans (79 percent) support enacting a state-level EITC. (AACF)
