As part of her presidential campaign, U.S. Senator Kamala Harris, (D-CA) released a proposal to increase employment opportunities to Americans with disabilities through increased access to education and social programs. The plan includes proposals to bolster broad-based policies that would also help people with disabilities, including making the Child Tax Credit fully refundable.
