A new survey published in the Yale Journal on Regulation asked tax law professors their views on tax reforms under consideration by the Biden administration, finding that 60.8% support expanding the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) and 64.2% support expanding the Child and Dependent Care Tax Credit (CDCTC).
